On July 03, 2019, MP Atty. Laisa Masuhud Alamia and other members of the BTA paid their courtesy call to Cabinet Secretary Karlo Alexei B. Nograles at the Mabini Hall, Malacañang. The Office of the Cabinet Secretary has expressed the full support of the President to the continuing efforts in pursuing enduring peace in the Bangsamoro region. Further discussed were the challenges accompanying the Bangsamoro transition and its current progress.
On the same day, said members also met with Secretary Carlito Galvez, Jr. of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) who also expressed the intention of the President to continue in providing the needed resources to assist the new Bangsamoro Government.
